The Oak Hill School at Hartford classroom has students ages 14-21, with multiple, intellectual and/or behavioral disabilities.  Our classroom  provides individualized educational and vocational programming and is community based.  It is located on the Oak Hill campus. We provide intensive work on transition skills, including employment, training, and independent living in authentic settings. Community experiences have included work placements at Petco, T.J. Maxx, and Center Pizza. The remainder of the school day is devoted to functional academics in language arts, math, science, and social studies.  Many students will complete the requirements for a high school diploma.
