Oak Hill and our affiliated organizations, Easterseals Coastal Fairfield County and Gilead Community Services, have over 1,700 trained professionals who serve at 152 program sites in 77 towns throughout Connecticut, and in certain areas of Massachusetts and New York.


Oak Hill’s continuum of care includes the following distinct programs for those with physical and intellectual disabilities, which are available in all areas throughout the state.
